At Mansa Essentials Corporation ("we," "our," "us"), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As a soap brand, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to making things right if there are any issues with your order. Please read our policy below for details on how we handle refunds and exchanges. 

  1. No Returns Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. 

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue by either: 

  • Shipping the Correct Order: If we made an error in your order, we will ship the correct products to you at no additional cost. 
  • Issuing a Credit: If your product arrived damaged or if there was an error that cannot be corrected through shipping, we will issue a store credit for the value of the incorrect or damaged item(s). 
  1. How to Request a Replacement or Credit

To request a replacement or credit for an incorrect or damaged order, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@mansaessentials.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include clear photos of the incorrect or damaged items. 
  2. Review and Verification: Our team will review your request and the provided photos. If necessary, we may ask for additional information to process your request. 
  3. Resolution: Once your request is verified, we will either ship the correct products or issue a store credit, as applicable. We will notify you of the resolution via email. 
  1. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including: 

  • Promotional items 
  • Gift cards 
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" 
  1. Processing Time

Requests for replacements or credits are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your email and all required information. Shipping times for replacement orders may vary based on your location. 

  1. Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for sending replacement items if the error was on our part. We do not cover shipping costs for any other circumstances.
